Here is the most recent family picture I have (December 2006)
Amy and I have been married since April 2005. My son Michael (Mikey) will be 17 in February and is a Senior in High School. My daughter Ashlin is 15 and is a Sophomore in High School. My step-daughter Ellany will be 10 in February and is in 4th grade. Amy and I recently found out that we will be having a little boy in April!
We live in Cedar Hills, UT (which is just North of Pleasant Grove, if that helps).
History:
Well, I figured I would put a little more info on what I've been up to since we graduated.
I left for the Navy in August just after we graduated. I was sent straight to Orlando Florida, which was quite a culture shock after growing up in Duchesne! I was there for 13 months doing Basic Training and then additional schooling for the Nuclear Power Program. From there I was sent to Idaho Falls for 9 months for more training, this time on an operational nuclear power plant. After that I was sent to Submarine Base Bangor, in Washington State. I was stationed on a Trident Missile Submarine, the USS Florida, for 2.5 years. All told I did the 4.5 years in the Navy. I was a Chemist, Radioactive Controls Tech, and Engine Room Supervisor for a Nuclear Power Plant. It was a great experience that I never care to do again!
Brooke Bryant and I got married in Dec of 88. I was already in the Military by then. Our son Michael (Mikey) was born a little over 2 years later on Valentine’s Day in 1991. Ashlin followed 17 months later in July of 1992. A lot of people thought they were twins as they were growing up. Ashlin was born while I was out to sea, on what would become my last patrol. I received an early discharge from the Navy in January of 1993.

We moved back to Utah, and I got a job at WordPerfect doing Tech Support. I was there about 3 years, and then started bouncing from job to job (always looking for the bigger better deal), as people in the computer industry commonly do. I did a lot of computer network consulting, and spent quite a bit of time on the road. At one point I was gone 12 out of 15 months! Finally I ended up at Altiris in Orem. I am a software Testing Engineer in a large scale lab. Altiris makes computer management software, and the team I am in simulates corporate environments and verifies that the 60 plus applications we make work like they are supposed to. I started here in 2004. Oh, Symantec acquired us in April of 2007, so I guess I work for Symantec now!
Brooke and I were divorced in 2004. I HATE being a every-other-weekend dad, but it is what it is.
I met my wife Amy online (go figure huh?). We started dating in January, and had a whirlwind romance that took us both by surprise. We got married in April 2005.
We bought a boat in the Spring of 2007 and spent quite a bit of time on the water this year. We had a great time pulling kids behind the boat on various water toys. We made a few trips out to Duchesne and played at Starvation Reservoir.
Now, I mostly spend my time with family. My wife comes from a large and very close family, and we spend quite a bit of time doing things with them. We have done a lot of "home improvement" projects and I still enjoy doing woodworking in my spare time. I have built a cradle, Entertainment Centers, 4 post canopy log bed, and various other projects.
I am looking forward to hearing from all of you and finding out what you have been up to!

Beautiful family...Who's the old man in the picture? hahaha
Whats up peeps? Nice pic Travis, great looking family.
I am so glad you decided to get this blog up and going. I am excited to catch up on everyone's lves! Congrats on the upcoming baby boy.
Beautiful family, congrats on the upcoming addition. Nice to see old friends and I do mean OLD.
OLD? Who you calling OLD? Yeah, that would be me! I have found that it isn't the age so much as it is the miles! I think I am way over the recommended mileage for the age of this model! :)
Great looking family I was also wondering who that old guy is? Has it really been twenty years? I can't believe it. Lets all hope that our teenagers don't behave the way we did! Ha, Ha
You have a beautiful family.
Hey you big bum, it's great to see the post. It was great to be at your wedding and spend some time. My parents were actually shocked that we made it down that far to visit, haha.
Congratulations again on the upcoming addition to the family. I hope all goes well.
Computer management software!?!? Wow, you've come a long way from the days when you used to get confused about which was the "destination drive" and copied your blank disks onto my Commodore 64 software totally erasing their contents. Does Symantek know what a pirate you used to be? Har! Well, I'm sure the statute of limitations has run out on that. For ALL of us I hope. Hey, even though Duchesne has a new school, there is still a remnant of your art-credit-supergraphic in the hall by the auditorium. You left your mark on the school and it has lasted 20 years! I hope to be at your reunion - looking forward to renewing old acquaintances! A few teachers from that era are still here. Mr. Aycock STILL teaches here, as does Mr. Demille. Mr. Young is the Principal. Mr. Horrocks lives in town. Hope to see a big turnout from this class.
Congrats on the new addition to your family. By the way, I should have taken a page out of your book on whirl wind romances, it took me 9 1/2 years of dating before I tied the knot.
Hey Travis it was nice to visit with you and catch up a bit. You probably didn't believe my flying story so I had to post the pitcure. The Falcon 2000 is amazing but the 900 is unbelievable.
It's great to hear from you and congrats on the new one to be!
Hey Travis...Thanks for setting this up...It has been great to see everyone and their families. Its amazing how fast all these years went by.
Hey man nice job on your bio! (Can you write one up for me? Just kidding:) I enjoyed reading about all of your military experiences....very impressive. You're looking pretty darn good these days... I like the goatee. Too bad you didn't have one back in High School:) You've got some good looking kids and a beautiful wife! I can't wait to see you at the reunion! Keep up the good work boy! You are AWSOME!!!
