Here is the most recent family picture I have (December 2006)
Amy and I have been married since April 2005. My son Michael (Mikey) will be 17 in February and is a Senior in High School. My daughter Ashlin is 15 and is a Sophomore in High School. My step-daughter Ellany will be 10 in February and is in 4th grade. Amy and I recently found out that we will be having a little boy in April!
We live in Cedar Hills, UT (which is just North of Pleasant Grove, if that helps).
History:
Well, I figured I would put a little more info on what I've been up to since we graduated.
I left for the Navy in August just after we graduated. I was sent straight to Orlando Florida, which was quite a culture shock after growing up in Duchesne! I was there for 13 months doing Basic Training and then additional schooling for the Nuclear Power Program. From there I was sent to Idaho Falls for 9 months for more training, this time on an operational nuclear power plant. After that I was sent to Submarine Base Bangor, in Washington State. I was stationed on a Trident Missile Submarine, the USS Florida, for 2.5 years. All told I did the 4.5 years in the Navy. I was a Chemist, Radioactive Controls Tech, and Engine Room Supervisor for a Nuclear Power Plant. It was a great experience that I never care to do again!
Brooke Bryant and I got married in Dec of 88. I was already in the Military by then. Our son Michael (Mikey) was born a little over 2 years later on Valentine’s Day in 1991. Ashlin followed 17 months later in July of 1992. A lot of people thought they were twins as they were growing up. Ashlin was born while I was out to sea, on what would become my last patrol. I received an early discharge from the Navy in January of 1993.

We moved back to Utah, and I got a job at WordPerfect doing Tech Support. I was there about 3 years, and then started bouncing from job to job (always looking for the bigger better deal), as people in the computer industry commonly do. I did a lot of computer network consulting, and spent quite a bit of time on the road. At one point I was gone 12 out of 15 months! Finally I ended up at Altiris in Orem. I am a software Testing Engineer in a large scale lab. Altiris makes computer management software, and the team I am in simulates corporate environments and verifies that the 60 plus applications we make work like they are supposed to. I started here in 2004. Oh, Symantec acquired us in April of 2007, so I guess I work for Symantec now!
Brooke and I were divorced in 2004. I HATE being a every-other-weekend dad, but it is what it is.
I met my wife Amy online (go figure huh?). We started dating in January, and had a whirlwind romance that took us both by surprise. We got married in April 2005.
We bought a boat in the Spring of 2007 and spent quite a bit of time on the water this year. We had a great time pulling kids behind the boat on various water toys. We made a few trips out to Duchesne and played at Starvation Reservoir.
Now, I mostly spend my time with family. My wife comes from a large and very close family, and we spend quite a bit of time doing things with them. We have done a lot of "home improvement" projects and I still enjoy doing woodworking in my spare time. I have built a cradle, Entertainment Centers, 4 post canopy log bed, and various other projects.
I am looking forward to hearing from all of you and finding out what you have been up to!
